One of the best things about starting fitness training through martial arts is that it offers a lot of tools that can be leveraged out of the training. Not the least of which is self defense.

I have worked hard to deconstruct traditional martial arts to it's applicable version. Added training in arts that are combatives oriented.

The end result is that I offer specialized applicable training with your concierge martial arts personal fitness workouts.

Part of the quality of movement that we will be focused on will be, should the need arise, able to protect your from an assailant or assailants.

If  you want to learn to practice as a sport I can help. But the primary focus of my specialized training is also about survival.

My personal self defense system which I have named 5 Rings is a system that like Krav Maga and others before it focuses on some of the most effective ways to leverage your strength and natural tools against an opponent.

I offer seminars and workshops and scheduled training for groups as I feel this is a VITAL skill for everyone to learn. My basic levels are for civilians, my advanced levels include knife training and advanced use of field expedient weaponry.
